Hey {{first name | reader}},
Coffee’s on and deals are up: today we’ve got one easy hotel promo you can actually use, a juicy transfer bonus for Europe redemptions, and a Wi-Fi upgrade that makes working (or streaming) in the sky way less painful.
• Marriott Bonvoy’s global promo: 2,025 bonus points per stay (up to 3 stays)
• Solid redemptions on Air France/KLM (even before any transfer bonus)
• United is lighting up Starlink Wi-Fi (and it’s free for MileagePlus members)
Marriott Bonvoy’s global promo: 2,025 bonus points per stay (up to 3 stays)
The offer (quick): Register, then earn 2,025 bonus points per paid stay between Oct 28, 2025 and Jan 10, 2026, capped at three stays (max 6,075 bonus points). There’s also an extra 2,000 points per stay at Outdoor Collection properties (e.g., Postcard Cabins, Trailborn). Registration closes Dec 27, 2025.

Trailborn Surf and Sound, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy
Is it good? On its own, it’s modest, but it stacks. Pair it with elite bonuses, a Marriott card (up to 6x at Marriott), targeted promos, and a cashback/points portal to make a one-night stay punch above its weight.
How to max value:
Register now (even if you’re not sure you’ll use it).
Split stays if you’re hotel-hopping anyway; per-stay bonuses favor more check-outs.
Aim for Outdoor Collection when rates are close, as you will get 2,000 extra points per stay.
Layer a portal (e.g., Rakuten for MR or cashback) and pay with a Marriott card.
Check your Bonvoy account for any targeted promos, as many can be used together.

You can enjoy nature at Postcard Cabins Homochitto, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy
Rule of thumb: If your nightly rate is reasonable and you can stack a portal + card + (maybe) Outdoor Collection, these 2,025-point bumps become worth the clicks.
Solid redemptions on Air France/KLM (even before any transfer bonus)
Flying Blue has been quietly excellent lately, even before stacking any bank bonuses. Today I want to show you 3 redemption examples which I think are excellent. If you’re not an Amex holder, these are still strong one-way prices in business class; if you do have a U.S. Amex, the current 20% MR → Flying Blue bonus (through Oct 31, 2025) makes them even sweeter.
Washington, DC (IAD) → Paris (CDG), for 45,000 Flying Blue miles
No Amex? You need 45,000 FB, already a great nonstop price to Europe.
With US Amex +20%: 38,000 MR → 45,600 FB (covers a 45k ticket).

Buenos Aires (EZE) → Paris (CDG) for 85,000 Flying Blue miles
No Amex? 85,000 FB for a long transatlantic is very competitive. I’m genuinely eyeing this for myself.
With US Amex +20%: 71,000 MR → 85,200 FB.

Singapore (SIN) → Paris (CDG) for 85,000 Flying Blue miles
No Amex? 85,000 FB for ultra-long-haul Asia to Europe is a great value when you find space.
With US Amex +20%: 71,000 MR → 85,200 FB.

How to book (2 steps):
Search airfrance.com / klm.com for the exact date/price you want (Flying Blue is dynamic).
If you do have Amex, only transfer after you see the seat and final price; miles post fast, but transfers are one-way.
Tip: Check Flying Blue’s monthly Promo Rewards first: if your city pair is included, prices can drop even more.
United is lighting up Starlink Wi-Fi (and it’s free for MileagePlus members)
What’s new: United’s first mainline aircraft with SpaceX Starlink just flew (a 737-800), and the airline says more 737s will be fitted at roughly ~15 per month, with additional aircraft certifications coming by year-end. Access is complimentary for MileagePlus members when you log in on board.
Starlink is a genuine leap for in-flight internet, as it offers broadband that actually handles streaming, video calls, and real work instead of the old “email-only” compromise. I’m a big fan of staying connected in the air, and it still blows my mind that some airlines offer no Wi-Fi at all while others are vaulting straight to Starlink. United’s rolling this out across the fleet over time (regional jets first, mainline now underway), and the app will flag if your specific flight has Starlink.
How to prep:
Add your MileagePlus number to upcoming trips (that’s your ticket to free Wi-Fi).
Check your flight in the app the day before, United flags Starlink-equipped planes.
If staying connected matters (remote work days, tight connection replans), pick United flights more likely to carry the new hardware as the program scales.
That’s it for today, safe travels and happy points hunting.
